Sage has a very earthy and forest-like flavor similar to thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Typically used to flavor soups, sauces and meats.


Sage is associated with potential antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, free radical scavenging, and antitumor activities.
