Mizuna

Mizuna tastes like a mix of mustard green and lettuce. If mustard greens on their own are too strong, but you still like the bite of their flavor, I highly recommend mizuna. Goes great in salads and as a topping on hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, flatbreads and pizza. Typically eaten fresh.
