Sweet peppers have a very crisp, fresh, and slightly sweet taste to them. I grow a multitude of varieties coming in all different shapes, sizes and colors. Typically used fresh or cooked.
Bell peppers have been associated with antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antidiabetic, antitumoral, and neuroprotective effects.
